They would have to change the Guyana’s constitution to allow that to happen because right now it allows you to collate before the election but not after the election .

Darren doesn't know much about the grass roots pnc supporters. This thingwith the charrandassreally hurt us and we can't trust some of these people who did not embrace Burnham policy. He was a man who used to reach out for the masses.
