I've walked down these streets in my dreams. I'm 46 I was born in ' 76. Falling asleep numerous of times with my parents in the living room watching TV ,Knight Rider Blade Runner. Terminator, escape from New York and the list goes on cuz they really started coming out with a lot of science fiction dystopian themed movies around that time. It's me that's why I'm so drawn to it falling asleep we're hearing it in my sleep as my parents watch TV in the next room. Cuz soon as Synthwave hits my brain . Haha man would I that is my dream City to go to is Tokyo I've had dreams over it was one big casino Metropolis and it was so familiar and a part of me that when I woke up I cried because I didn't want to leave that place.

These visuals make me go through an existential depression ...knowing that I might not live to see what humanity will become and that i will be nothing but another spec in the grand history of mankind and all of space. Do anyone else feel that way? Or am I the only???

my brother's best friend passed away yesterday he was my friend too 24 yo somebody stole his car and before leaving he shot my friend. that happened april 27 in salvador brasil. Rest in peace Leo

I love the fact that you mix up the visuals instead of 1 short loop. I like having stuff like this on my TV in the background while I work on other stuff. This kind of mix is perfect

We won't be there to live in this world. But we know how to feel like it.

We all thought that the future was gonna be cyberpunk but it looks like its gonna be all solarpunk.

This is such a great mix! For you younger people out there... in 1984, this is what we all dreamed 2020 would look like. I was 9 yrs old back then. This “future dream” lives on today. Although I will most likely never get to see something like this, it’s great that the next generation after me might pick this dream up & carry on with it! #UltravioletVibes #NeonDreams

Think about how in some way you do get to experience this already and surely will see the experience widen through new technology such as VR and AR. Not only, through games, movies, and your own imagination and these videos alike, you do in some way get to experience this as a way of the world. That the wonder and mystical nature of humanity; being able to project ourselves into these worlds and realise them one way or another.

I've been listening to a lot of synthwave mixes lately and this is the one that stands out. Super solid mix

When I listen to this (I have been for a long time now), I feel so.. out of character? Like a scared child, wandering the world, knowing nothing, hungry for love and compassion and friendship. It's such a weird emotion I don't feel often but only do when listening to specific music videos.

This type of music make you forget how bad the real world is . Sometimes forget about things like that help a lot so you dont lose sanity ( sorry for the bad english tho ) this is what i feel listening to music like this and looking at galaxy pictures :)

hey brother id recommend checking out Alone At Prom by Tory Lanez. the album just dropped on Friday. it's stylized as an 80s album and has a nice synthwave vibe to it. check it out. i absolutely love driving to the album with the windows all the way down and volume up.

It would be cool to see this as a feature length film where the music tells the story. Because the first song gave me the perception it may be a full movie.
