I literally hate this level, for the same reason I've hated 100% crate gems since Cortex' Revenge.

I feel like the designers said "Hey you know how everyone hates it when they get to end of the level and find out that there was some hidden boxes they missed? Let's make a whole level about it."

@@Ariadne404 this is Exactly my Experience, i get the platinum in Crash, crash 2 and 3, and i say damn "that's wasn't easy" im Proud of myself. Next Crash 4 released and i was thinking in my mind (this is gonna be easier) damn.. is the hardest platinum in my life, i stop playing for month after crash 4 ahahahaha, toys for bob are pure evil.

@@Colorado-inhabitant Future Tense isn't needed for the Platinum though, just 100% if you are a completionist. Crash 1 is the hardest of the original games, Crash 4 is insanely hardest of the new ones.

Seeing footage of this level, I thought it would be a lot easier. Then I tried it... Yikes. Nice job! That was really impressive!

Me playing through this level normally: This is actually pretty good. Me trying to 100% this level: I never wanna do this again.

This is the hardest level in crash 3, but honestly I had more difficulty in some of the other levels in crash 1 and 2. The secrets here are not that challenging (except for the boxes at the start and the elavator part, but this game already had a level with boxes at the start where you had to go back so I don't mind it). What I love about it is that it implements the changing boxes that only show up at the start of the game at random but are never used in later stages for whatever reason.

Don’t think I would have got that bonus round ever if it weren’t for u thanks so much

Thanks to this video making me follow it around i realized what 5 boxes i was missing, The second TNT jump in the death route

I passed the death route after maybe 30 tries, then I died in the most stupid way and of course the last check point was in fact in the death route, never played that level again. You sir are a pro

It looks like a far future robotic city with all the steel and lights with few windows, and massive scale overall. I like the themeing a lot too.

After 1 HOUR OF THIS LEVEL I GET TO THE END, Only to discover 135/145 or whatever it was. Now I gotta go all the way back to see what I missed 😭 but thank you for the video bro 🙏🏻

Had lots of fun getting the gems for this level. I had to clear it 2 times because i did not notice any hidden/secret routes on my first try. It's slightly more difficult than your typical Crash 3 levels but still not that much when compared to some of the challenging levels from Crash 1 and 2.

4:48 Raged a lot in this part... Noticed i didnt have 121 by the end of the Bonus Level, which means i missed some boxes, even if i literally followed EVERY PART you did... This is stressing, lets try again... Good lord EDIT: I Did it now, i missed the Boxes behind on 00:12, because i died, and when i quited the level to start again without dying ( to enter Death Route) i forgot to take the ones behind the first part of the Level. : P

You know, after all this levels and Crash's deaths, this level doesn't looks so difficult for me...

I didn’t try to get on top of the first rising metallic platform thing because I tried on another one and there was an invisible wall. Crash Bandicoot is so confusing sometimes. There are two secret levels that I thought were scrapped.

Hello, I finished 105% but I can't access the bound stage (for gray gem),. the platform is white for some reason and I can't jump on it... Is there anything I'm missing?

The second gray gem is located in a ‘death route’ this means you can NOT die in the level (or after the first checkpoint). Once you manage to survive and not die, the platform will appear. If you die the platform will disappear.

Mitch sa I don’t know if there’s any site which explains that move, I used it 17 years ago for the classic Crash Bandicoot as well. First I press circle, cross then square (spam square to reacha greater distance) but it’s so fast. Try it multiple times, you’ll get used to it. That’s the method to get even higher than normal (circle cross and spamming square at a decent speed)

Actually i have shared feelings about that level: On one hand this level are amazing But on the other hand this one is kinda difficult (of course i have the 2 gems and the gold relic but geez it wasn't child play, especially for the relic]

@@Syphur_X Yes, you have to get all the boxes in both the Death Route, Bonus Route and main level [ you pretty much have to do that with all the levels if you want the Gems ] The DLC is not needed for the Platinum but is for 100%.

Downloadable content (in most games it is an expansion of the actual game for a price)

Helpful hint: for the death route, the first quad lazers you can pass without dying/ keep mask by single jumping on the fourth lazer. So ...1. It goes 1/2 way down 2. then you jump 3. You run during the lack of fire 😊

This level was painful, absolutely painful, the only thing that helped was this video, it gave me an ounce of hope, however after my 100000s of deaths, I didn't need this video cause I have photographic memory of this level engraved into my skull, thank you Activision for the horror and pain that is, Future Tense.

This is aditional content so I think it’s not required for the other ending. Also, you can see Fake Crash dancing in this level which means you have completed the whole game

Megaproductions302 I don’t know if it is for xbox too but I guess so, once downloaded there will be an elevator pad between the first warp room (medieval) and the second warp room (middle east)

Have you checked the 8 boxes at the start of the level? When you’re warped into the level , turn around and walk to the edge of the level, you should see 8 crates

This level was super hard but I did it 😊
