I honestly thought they handled it really well. Sure they didn't confirm the games that were going elsewhere but why should they. They are putting their teams and brand first rather than entitled fan boys, leakers and media who stirred up this whole pot to begin with. Announcing those titles now only reinforces that behaviour, but more importantly has a negative impact on the marketing of those releases and all the hard work the teams put into it. I imagine many of those announcements will come with new content drops and as a community we have no idea what their development teams have planned for their games. Ultimately more people playing these titles will benefit the platform and more importantly the games. I'm quite happy with xbox's approach and messaging here.

I think your coming across rather cry baby. I've been xbox since day one. I think what they have said makes sense. Xbox is being very forward thinking and playing the long game.

I don't disagree with you! As was said in the post show recording, I don't have an issue with the goals of Xbox, it's the delivery and marketing of it that gets me. Tell me why I should be excited about this future and don't make me wait around a week to hear half of it... -Despawn

@MyXboxAndMe I definitely get that. It's difficult as the news to this business update was leaked which didn't help. I think it's Phil and the xbox management wanting to let developers have control of their games and announce when they are ready. Example, I think Sea of Thieves is one of the 4 games and will be announced maybe when or after nintendo announce the 'switch 2'.

I love how I spend my time telling everyone that we should stop telling people who to feel and you decide to call us or me a cry baby. We have options on a plastic box and make content around it. It would have been a very boring conversation if we all agreed

@MCFixer what I meant was the way you were coming across. Obviously we are all entitled to our own opinions and thoughts. I do think the situation isn't as bad as a lot of people have been making out. Xbox are not abandoning their players. They are just adapting with the times. We can always discuss this on the halo battlefield 😉
