@Dilitha Ranasinghe Garbage, constant boot issues, Android optimization fails taking an hour and pathetic battery life. Sold mine for a T18sz and couldn't be happier.

Gorgeous Transmitter Futaba makes some of the best! Futaba has always been my go to brand for years. I currently own a T8FG which is also a outstanding radio! But I'm thinking about buying a new Transmitter for my Quadcpoter build. And I'm tied between the 18MZ or the Duplex Carbon Edition? Thanks for the review.

nice vid,i have been a Futaba guy all my rc life even when i was a kid with rc cars i had futaba and theTX you have for sure is aTX for life ,sure spec do have a 18TX but its not even close to the futaba18and i can fully understand what you mean when you say the feel of the servos and you can tell if you are using a£3 servo or a£100 servo,this TX is leaps ahead of any otherTX, One thing id say is remember its a lipo inside and take it out when in storage and treat it like any other lipo

What can the mouse be used for? Can you map it to the right joystick? I am wondering if I could fly like in video games with a WASD keyboard style setup for left joystick and Mouse for right joystick. Contrary to what most quad pilots think, it actually works very well. Your WASD keys accellerate your stick in the four directions... so you do have fine grained control.

To some of these hating comments, I fly spektrum too and love it. Doesn't mean that you can't appreciate a fine product.

Thanks for making this video, and I've just purchased one for my self too. One thing I ran into is that if I insert a SD card in there, and when I move the elevator/aileron stick, it will beep, but if I remove the card, everything back to normal. Have you run into this problem, if yes, how did you fix it?

Great video! I have a question though. What feature of the radio increases it's range? Can you increase the range of any radio by somehow modifying it, or would you have to get another radio? I'm not sure how it works.

since the user manual allows you to add/remove pages it's worth the money...:)

The next version will connect by bluetooth, have autopilot standard for take off, fly, and landing all by voice control. The NEXT big improvement will be artificial intelligence of the remote. It should NOW have FPV standard onboard! Still a NICe radio and the DX18 TOO!

only negative thing I've seen is the battery life is not that great...but that is if you are trying to setup a new plane and fly say all in the same day.

I hope the futaba 24mz has a computer and a phone so you can buy your spare parts if you crash and still have the usual radio setup maybe add a decent amplifier to play music aswel

so horrible screen, for that price they could use an IPS screen at least, looks like crap, and the speed to boot up is super slow, must be instant boot like any radio... can it be seen under the sun this crappy LCD ?

Are you kidding ,I have 3 futaba radios, and never had a dropout ,very easy to program, tried a spectrum dx9 just out of curiosity, lost 4 planes felt cheap as well

interman 77 futaba i have tgh 8 chanel no one can help me with programing i have,t 3 years stock with t even futaba company never help me i dont know how to program i have 2 trex 450 sport and trex 500e sitting 2 years because no help no one know how to deal with them

Do you mean the 8fg ,if so do a google search for " futaba 8fg supplementary notes" an english guy put this out ,I used this to help me with my 14sg which is basically the same programming, it takes over where the futaba manual falls short.Once you get the hang of it futaba programming is quite easy ,hope this helps ?

...the most expensive asian plastic toy ever...and i could never program an futaba freely...changed to jeti 6 years ago and still...gave up frsky after the access fiasko...now jeti duplex for safety on large planes and opentx with radiomaster for everything else...

with the price of this you buy a real car not a rc car
