Let me help! He's Fuscus, villain of a short movie that got out at starting of the 2000. The Lampaclima isn't the only movie of the Kinder Ferrero (sweet snacks? Is it right this translation?). This type of short movie was to sponsor a series of toys that you could find in the package. Sorry if it's difficult to read!

Oh I see. Well I'm also 25. So I guess that's what we have common. I was born in 1999 but I mostly grew up on shows from the early 2000 and 2010s. But even still I was still interested in shows that was before my time. Shows like Batman the animated series. I guess deep inside I was always a 90s kid. :)
