A good narrative. With two great-great uncles in the fight (55th Ohio) who were also survivors and actually heroes in the earlier Battle of Chancellorsville, I have some knowledge about this. Glad to see the effort and sacrifice of the corps memorialized.

They did a good job. They were unfortunate to be out numbered and in a pretty untenalbe position for their strength.
