try Seventh Genocide. very good atmospheric black metal, and nice guys all in all.

Valentina Pucci is divine. this and Canto d'Inverno are similar and both wonderful stuff

You just have to watch what you "like" and what you leave in your watch & search histories. I get a good amount of stuff I like recommended to me, and click "not interested" on the other stuff.

Going in without knowing a thing about this band. This comes from youtube recommended lets see. I was already sold 10 seconds in and then 0:49 happens dear god i am into this. Song just kept getting better and better. One of the better youtube recommendations i've gotten.

I feel like every new song I listen to by this band I enjoy more than the last. I'm pretty sure that cycle would continue if I just looped all their songs.

Italians set the gold standard for Prog and now they are doing the same for proper symphonic metal. I really thought they were Scandinavian or East European before I checked it out (and in this field that is a mark of quality). Just love this band.

I dont care about the melodic death, in fact i always liked it when they were heavier in the past. But i still cant enjoy the new female singer, anna was just too perfect, the new just sounds too clean for me
