Oh my goodness, your children are precious! Watching your son talking about his room and stuff he has reminded me of my son at that age. They can be so much fun at that age. Almost made me wish my son was little again. I said almost! Lol. At the age of 32 he is self sufficient. Lol. You have a wonderful family!

Loved this home tour! I only have 1 suggestion maybe switch the bench and two chairs in your dinning room so when you walk in it doesn’t look like two chairs are missing. You will be able to see the bench and the two chairs at one glance😊

For your bed, can put it on risers 😊 my Mom did the same thing and it made her bed the "right height" for her night stands and gave her back under the bed storage

I would get a tall plant for the entryway, unless you could find a curved bench. For your bed it looks too low to me. I got a low profile box spring for my bed from Wayfair. That may be an option to raise the bed but not high enough to totally block the beautiful headboard. I love what you’ve done so far. It looks great. Your pantry must be behind the entryway since it looks like it has the curve and slant inside.

You could always buy risers for the bed feet I have them on my bed and chair, love the sofa and chairs, your new kitchen table and chairs are really nice. Perhaps a row of fake flowers on the shelf by the front door but how you d get them up there I Don t know! Maybe try an oval table in the reception hall with tall flowers I m so excited for you and loved the entire vlog ! 😀

We had a low bed and we JUST switched it to a tall platform bed for storage . LOVE IT so much better then a low bed. I think putting your box spring back would look great

The house looks amazing! I absolutely love it. I think I would put the box springs back on your and Mark’s bed. I think it will look just as good that way also 😊 hugs!

Your house is so nice! The rooms are very open and the walls are high. With that being said ~ you need to decorate and fill the rooms with big pieces ~ large furniture, pictures, night stands, dressers etc. The bed in your room would look better with the box spring. If you use the box spring I would also get a bed skirt. You also need to get huge puffy pillows to make a statement on all of the beds. Also, the night stands would look better taller. For the entry I would buy a beautiful bureau (dresser, antique cupboard etc) or a statement piece. I wouldn’t buy a tall one (like your wine cabinet) although you could make a tall one work if you really wanted to. Just put it a tiny bit away from the wall (centered) so the curve won’t matter. Then on the wall behind it I would put some large pictures - possibly 2 or 3. You could put a sign there that says something like “Love is Spoken Here” or a nice family/home saying. You also need to incorporate some greenery ~ maybe a vase on top of the dresser. Just make sure the scale of everything matches and think big. I would not paint the niches white. They are nice just the way they are. If you want to change them somehow I would find some large framed pictures to hang in them so they all match. If it were me I’d find beautiful photos painted like French country style. Like the arched antique doors with flowers or the beautiful scenery in France or Italy. If you like farmhouse look better I would get prints with cattle in the field of flowers and little girls playing outside in the country, maybe a country lady in the garden gardening with the chickens etc. The window upstairs would be nice to decorate but make sure you are only using things low to the window sill so as not to block the view. I think some fake but real looking greenery would be nice. Sweet Roses bed needs a bed skirt. I love love the pictures your grandma painted for you! What treasures they are! I would hang and treasure them proudly! To decorate - I would get very large prints of your family - one of each of your children, one of you and Mark together, one of all of you, you could do one of each of the dogs and cat if you want. Then I would decorate the tall walls about the house with them. Especially the bottom floor where people will mostly be. Then as your family grows you can add grandkids pics. That is what I decorate with in my house along with some other pieces that I love and some fake greenery/wreaths/wheat or cotton type of floral pieces. 😂😂 I don’t know how to explain it. I would take some pieces that are unique and special to your family and decorate too. Like Paige using her art work. I love antiques and have things I’ve bought over the years along with family heirlooms. I decorate my home with those special things. Think outside the box of what you want your home to look like and say when people walk in. I want my home warm and comfort is of big importance to me (as I’m sure it is to you). I like to select pieces that are warm in color and make a statement. Your house is so big you need big pieces to do that. It may take years to get it how you want it but how exciting to start now! Thank you for sharing with us! It was so fun to see Bryce and Pearl. Pearl has grown a lot taller! They are both so cute! It will be fun to see what you decide to do with your house! 👏👏😁

Really Love your house. You are right it just seems like your never done with changes to your home. The house just looks really nice and your a very organized person I think. Thank you for sharing your home with us and looking forward for changes ahead! Your bed does sit a little low but have you thought about adding a topper to your mattress? It will make it a little higher but I don’t think it would go above your foot board that high. Love the bed and the head board is so pretty.

I think you are doing an amazing job decorating your beautiful new home. I love all of the new furniture. If you can make a way for the bed to be higher I personally like the taller nightstands. You could even chalk paint your current nightstands and change the hardware to work better with your bed. The ledge where the large window is...I like it clean...any greenery or other items would just stay dusty. I just like the clean lines of it bare. Keep searching for the perfect piece for your foyer. A curved bench or table would be beautiful...you will find something! I’ve been watching you since your old house (before the tiny home) and I’m so proud for you and your family. There’s nothing quite like loving your home and seeing your children thrive in it. You are all so deserving. Your family is precious! I look forward to seeing all of the updates and decorating!! Thanks for the tour. You have a very nice home. In the entry way with the curved wall I would look for a round or oval table to put some decor. It would be lovely with a smaller Christmas tree during the holidays.

I would place a piece of furniture at entrance. On that overview on second floor a faux long full fern or some faux dangly plant. Yes real life garage once emptied can hold a nice pool table. Nope on that white paint for nooks. Try placing paper there and you'll see what I mean. You home is Beautiful. Enjoy for many years. I love that Rose and Pearl share the bathroom. You can add additional seating/entertaining in garage for excess guests or a nice buffet table when you have a full house. I love all the room. Plz do not waste ur money on tall bar stools if your gonna rip it out. I loved the Christmas tree this year at entrance. The bed is plenty fine. No need to make ur mattress touch the ceiling. I think bed risers could be a great solution for your master bedroom. They are so many different shapes and sizes that you could get so that they go with the flow of the bed and room itself. It would help with the height issue and also give you back some storage for underneath. Also for your curvy entry way wall, have you thought about a picture gallery wall? You could do art work, family photos, inspirational quotes, seasonal decor, etc. Plus if the pictures can be changed out for different holidays or celebrations, or family gatherings. Since Paige is turning the big sweet sixteen this year, it maybe cute to have some photos of her framed throughout the years on the wall. But overall I'm happy that everything is starting to come together for you guys, and this year has nothing but good things ahead for everyone.

They make extra long shower curtains that would work for the girls bathroom. You could also use a tension rod so you don’t have to drill the tile. My mom had the same issue with her shower. I love the new house. Can’t wait to see how you decorate!

Love your new house and how you have it decorated. As far as your bed, they sell things to put under the legs to raise the bed up. This would help that problem and the wrapping paper storage. I think you should keep the night stands because they are very nice and functional. I would however paint them to match your bed set. The height of them will be fine If you raise the bed a bit.

The hallway suggestion is getting a hall rack/storage and place it on the flatter side of the wall the a nice big plat on the left of it or table with flowers. Your kids are cute. Definitely decorate the ledge in foyer over front door. Use big items ie; large vase with florals or greenery, statues or something similar.

For the space at the bottom of the stairs, get a gorgeous tall water fountain that suits your taste, I have a black one, put greenery & mirrors around it on the walls & bigger stones around the bottom.

Hey there, I absolutely love your home. This may sound kind of crazy but it looks just like the house that my sister lived in at one point when she was in San Antonio. She lived on a street called forest peak if I remember correctly.

Just get along a liner. For the shower and leave it inside the tub.
