It is a form of meditation. It takes practice and dedication to master. If people think "that just looks too easy" means they are really good at it. you know when someone says "you make playing the guitar look easy?". It is the same thing.

A lot of these people have enough money, they are entertaining the people through a form of living art and expression. The ones you actually mean are usually just sitting down with a carboard sign saying "I need money".
