honestly probably is XD, also putting less pressure on the ankles and making rest of body work harder instead. And lets be honest, there are times when you are fatigued but haven't hit your goal for the day.....so you start doing shit like this to negate the fatigue lol. Personally i start leaping left and right lmao

@@slatebeard The quality sounds like he's a distance from the microphone to me. Also there are plenty of reactions where you can see the people talking but can't hear anything so I don't believe they are faking anything.
