We had an Umbrella crested cockatoo named Shy, we bought her before she was born, she loved, and I mean LOVED my husband. We lived in the Keys and moved to Texas with her. She didnt adapt well. She was on the out door patio by the pool while we were at work. She started to yellllllll, and yellllll and yellll, "Help me, I'm starving to death". Cops came through the fence and found her. They came by later in the evening and told us they had a good laugh!!!

My aunt had an African grey named Sasha. They came to visit us in the Keys and my aunt put a sheet over her but it was a little open and Sasha peeked through the crack and said "I see you".

So called "swear words" is just a human concept. Words are just that WORDS! I'm sorry if they offend you "your more than likely a Christian" get over it. No religious text says what words you can and cannot say.

clipped wings makes them unhappy then need to be able to fly mine never gets a wing clip shes free range has a large cage the doors are always open shes never chewed anything in the home that was not a toy for her she loves her cage that much she dont fly about despite me letting her know she can fly anytime

Cute and funny, not really, I feel sad for these birds that were kidnapped from thier natural inviroment and have to adapt to human ways. Just saying.

Depends on the bird. If you’re talking about expensive parrots like cockatoos, then yes, smuggling them from the wild is wrong. But if it’s a domesticated bird, chances are they won’t survive in the wild. Which is why you’ll never see a bright yellow parakeet out in a city street, unlike wild house sparrows.
