Such a underrated show. The whole reason why there isn't a third season was cause it was underrated. I've seen series get new seasons after 5+ year hiatus I hope season 3 is the same case

Dude I agree this show is so underrated I remember finishing reading the manga a long time ago and now I felt nostalgic and I am going back and reading it again XD her drawings are fantastic and the story is so deep I can tell she was heavily inspired by Islam religion and Arabic culture and I love it! It makes me happy since my origins are from Iraq I'm definitely going to buy more copies and support the author she is very talented. right now she is also drawing a new manga called Orient and it sounds interesting

The bigger reason I have noticed in anime like these is that it usually lasts till anime is on sunny side. The story takes several quite dark turns and tackles some complex topics, which speaks well for story, but makes things hard to get an anime, its like catering to 2 different audiences

I just started watching this show this year after getting into anime in 2020 and honestly, it surprised me! I figured it would be all comedy and action but the dramatic moments, the sad emotional moments and genuine tear jerking happy moments really made it a superb show. Currently on season 1 and loving it. Cannot wait to watch the rest.

I just miss magi so much! I wish this show was a bit more popular it's so underrated! It is so fascinating and unique I love how the author was inspired by Islam and Arabic culture we barely see that in other shounen! Even the spells the characters use are Arabic and there are characters like Scheherazade, Sindbad, Aladdin, Alibaba they are all names inspired by Arabic culture! Lots of other shows like Inuyasha came back so why not Magi? I hope we get more news and that it comes back

I just warn them and let them know that that's the least important thing. This is when you really want a censored version to be able to share more.

This is the kind of show that studios should look into for season 3, so many fans would flock

Dude I saw a guy watching magi in my train in 2019. It's extremely popular and loved outside Japan I'd say.

I was kind of wish this anime was not seasonal ones.... Everything just so detail in manga, even the jokes 🤧

i wish Alibaba vs Hakuryuu and Hakuryuu & Judar vs Gyokuen and Arba vs Solomon becomes animated. Those are some of the most epic fights in the manga. Sad that the anime will most likely never be renewed.

LOL Alibaba never knew how to light a cigarette. It might be he's trying to smoke to look as cool as Cassim (his bestfriend who died). Plus, I just realized his djinn, Amon, is of fire element. He should have been at least fire resistant (not fire proof). And... this scene was actually not in the manga. I don't know why they changed it to Alibaba trying to smoke lol

I can see that Magi is full of historic/mythological references just like Orient

Death parade isn't underrated. It was one of the first i saw.

Been years since I finished the manga and the offshoot story but still no idea why that machos the most famous girl in every tavern

Even if they continue the series, the climax up to the ending in the manga was so complicated and too much of a turn around that will only cause another hiatus.

One of the best anime there is. But many don't get that! Sad!
