after a heavy set. went to piss outside and had almost passed out and fall in a 4 foot ditch. Somehow managed to jumped over it instead.

Pushups in the morning and at night 50-100/day to start. Benching more regularly (3 days/week), 1 day heavy 3-5 reps 5 sets 90% max, 1 day high reps 10-12 reps70-80% max, 3 sets, 3rd day you chose w/e depending on energy and soreness. *Pro tip* Unracking a weight 20% more than your max, hold 10-15 sec. 2 reps 3 sets 1x a week. Don't forget upping your protein and calorie intake to recovery efficiently. Gains are 80% made in the recovery.

It can happen when lifting anything too heavy for the person. It is kind of a mix of a physiological response from holding their breath. When lifting very heavy, people tend to hold their breath during the eccentric (lowering) phase, which is the most strenuous and takes the most work. When we hold our breath, it increases the pressure around the lungs. At the same time it cause a spike in blood pressure then a quick drop. The lowering of blood pressure paired with holding their breath (not bringing in oxygen) causes the brain to not get enough oxygen. As a result, the brain shuts down as a protective response by putting the person out.
