Cats can always go up to escape dogs. Most of the time a cat being harassed on the ground wants to be harassed or they'd be a puff of smoke in front of a confused dog. What I find surprising is that so many of those cats & dogs were the same colour! I didn't know colour coordinating your pets was a thing?

Cats don't get annoyed, they get even. The cat at 1:52 was super patient though, just gently pawing the puppy away while he was trying to eat

I agree. They are not annoying but inviting the cat to play. I give it to them, though: these cats are pretty patient !I wonder if cats ever enjoy rough and tumble types of play. They look SO blasé... Sorry, I'm a dog person ;)

Most of those cats were involved with the playing. There were some that were not happy with the dog and they removed themselves from the action. Most cats and dogs in the same house get along pretty well with each other. Play, comfort and sleep together.

I noticed that too actually. This video was entirely small dogs, with one very obvious (and adorable) exception (I love labs). I think it's just harder to be hyper and annoying when you have all that extra. . .'you' to carry around(if that makes any sense). Or maybe bigger dogs just mean bigger targets for cats to annoy.

It's like comparing two people: The one is hyperactive, a bit dumb, childish.... and the other is cool, smart, relaxed, intelligent ;)

+Bentley The Shih tzu It's funny :). I was recently upset about how people were judging cats without knowing anything about them. I guess we are on the same boat here. And you're totally right btw, in a lot of situation, cats are actually the one who attack/play when the dogs stay still. (you will note that a lot of dogs on this video are small ones, I got the feeling that those are generally more excited ? But idk.)

It really is the first thing I noticed.

Puppies or young dogs are very playful and importunate but when they become older and bigger enough, they're so serious and mature to the point that they don't wanna play with their owners. Yet, i love dogs more than cats 😂😍😍 they're the best buddy ever.
