Suicide grip feels more natural and less strenious for me. When I first tried 225 with normal gril I noticed my hands bent a very concerning amount. Switched to suicide grip, feels more stable more natural and more healthy and now we on a pr of 265 lbs.

calves expand less than around 10% after you train them,they dont magically go from thin to wide its all abt genes specially if you are born a bit on skinny side you will have thin calves and big calves if you are a bit heavy
