My favorite is when him and Monica do it, and she lets it slip to Rachel thay her " new secret boyfriend " is the best she ever had. And in turn Rachel let's it slip that she said that, later on in the Cafe.

It's actually extremely likely that Chandler was a millionaire throughout most of the show considering he paid all of the expenses when he was living with Joey and was still prepared to finance Joey's career without being paid back. When Joey landed his first major role and was ready to pay Chandler back, he immediately changed his mind when seeing how much he owed.
