Blair, a former Administrative Bishop of the New Testament Church of God, Jamaica, a National Executive Council Member, District Overseer, Local Church Pastor, teacher and mentor. It is being held at the Convention Center of the New Testament Church of God, Old Harbour, St. Catherine.

My sincere condolences to the Blair family. He was one of the greatest bible teachers of all times. I have the pleasure of being in bible study with him under at the Faith Cathedral, Deliverance Centre in the 1980's through 1990's. A sincere beliver in Christ Jesus. May his soul rest in peace.
I remember when his brother visit trench town in opening white van preaching the words of God back then
