Dixon technology

No doubt it is a great company. But 1. The margin in this contact manufacturing business is. really low 2. The subsidy of the PLI scheme will be discontinued in another 4 yrs 3. It will be difficult to compete against Chinese companies in the future 4. Though the corporate governance issue was not that big but isn't it not be possible that it will be repeated. But huge growth potential is there in Dixon Tech

Even after this correction this company is At 110 PE and 28 PB ,it is still.very very over valued for that matter i.dont think any company worth that much PE AND PB.

Also the OPM has been consistently around 4% quarter on quarter. Doubt whether there can be capital appreciation with meagre FCF .

really suggesting such a stock? PE at 114 (114 years of earnings discounted at this price), promoter holdings at 34% (decreasing every quarter), FII/DIIs selling this and only buyers being retail investors, Operating margins less than 4%, come on, don't make poor investors your bait to exit this stock, have some shame. 1 quarter of bad earnings and this stock will come down 50% or more in less than 10 trading days.

PE of 110 is risky...and bad news and it would fall further..PE of around 70 would still be okay if they actually believe 60-65% growth
