What if the there is one point that doesn’t get anything like there are 3 x values and 4 y values so one gets left out, is that a non function?

That would be considered a "hole" and it would be possible for it to be a function (ex. Rational functions).

Great question, that is a function because eventhough the x is repeated they do not have different y values.
