Eat a healthy plant based diet and exercise regularly. Every adult and child should own a bicycle and ride it regularly. Regular exercise will help you sleep better. Obesity is all too common today. Get off the couch. Ride to work, ride to school, ride for fun. Every city should be a bicycle city. Speak up for bicycles in your community.

Indeed, exercise, sunshine, eating whole plant foods, stressing less and loving more are the keys to a long, healthy beautiful life! What's wild though, I went vegan 10 years ago, I lost all my visceral fat without even trying, I just stopped eating animals. Ten years later I'm still doing horrible at getting enough walking in, I just work standing in front of my computer all day most days. And still I have a perfect BMI. But, prevegan 10 years ago I was really getting fat. Crazy how easy being vegan is. And even more awesome is WFPB vegan :)

Every creature and plant contributes to this biosphere and universe. Wishing worse for another brings us all down. I’m surprised this wasn’t a lesson taken from your extensive time meditating. I think this hostility speaks to a hatred of humanity that runs through veganism. Are we (fellow animals shaped and living as humans) not deserving of love? It's not easy, perhaps try putting yourself in our shoes. Imagine being vegan for 10 or more years. You start feeling better, you start telling friends and family and then you realize how hateful people can be toward you, indifferent, cold,, etc... just so they can continue contributing to an industry that slaughters 200 million animals every day. Truly understanding this is really hard to live with. But maybe you're right, ideally we would only radiate beautiful vibes and permeate through all the violence and hate. We try.. It still helps to relate with those having to endure, especially for those thinking they're alone in this. But this doctor moved away so I won't be doing videos like this anymore with him at least not for a while... And I have endless others I'm going to be videoing that are more laid back...

And I have tons more content coming from videos I captured of vegans across 8 states and 19 cities. Plus a documentary I'm about to start. And so much more... Nonetheless I am right there with ya. I suppose it could be justified though because politics are a significant factor when it comes to policies that ultimately effect our food system. However DxE is probably more influential in that way than 2 people casually throwing certain people under the bus...

It was a bummer to hear about Trump so early in the interview. If they are going to get into politics, do it at the end. There are tons of vegans who support Trump. Strange interview, it's more like a friendly conversation than an interview. Garth Davis is interesting to me because he is more open to the raw vegans and fruitarians compared to the other vegan doctors. I don't think it's respectful to keep talking about alcohol. He is a surgeon. We don't need to see his loose side, nor the loose side of the "interviewer".
