So much of a debate on this regionalised ethnicity. Let me elaborate on some facts that may differs on opinions. Fijians are Melanesians because of their complexity, however, their mannerisms and cultural identities inclined more towards the Polynesians. Language and meanings are similar in many ways..... whereas the wanton doesn’t exist. The Lau group’s are of Tongan descendants and they speak the language as well.

Each island brings something special for the rest of the world to see. some people even though it is now 2021 there are still people around the world who don't know who we are. thank god for youtube, Google, Facebook etc now other people get to see our culture's and how we do things. we might not look the same but we have other links in our bloods to other islands in the Pacific.
