Fumba Town is a beautiful idea. It is unfortunately for the ELITE RICH. There is no incentive for Tanzania or the island to offer affordable housing for the Diaspora they also partook in. This is strictly made for the former Colonial regimme and Slaveowners to continue to profit off of AFRICA AND AFRICANS.

What exactly is "affordable housing"? I'm assuming you mean low income housing. There are certain demographics that can afford these homes 🏡 so that make them affordable. Whether there out of your price range is something else but you shouldn't expect handouts in other countries. These nations need investment more than they need low income housing. Which only lessens the value of a property.
