Are these implemented over Polynomial Rings as well or only Integer Rings?

For GSW its over the Integers with the approximate eigenvector method but for others in what I would call the "BGV family" they can be over the integers or polynomial rings. Typically the polynomial ring versions are preferred as they perform much better in practice
