My Rev up G35 oil consumption is incredibly inconsistent. DDing with random pulls has consumed 1.5 qts in 1,500 miles before. Currently I have 2,300 miles on this oil change and have been drifting like mad and have only consumed .5-.7 qts. 🤔🤷‍♂️

Get a compression test done bro. Sounds like your rings are letting oil slip through. Then when it gets hot the rings will swell up (heat makes metal swell and cold makes it shrink) and create a better seal and not burn as much. Also when you really ripping a g35 it will burn tf outta oil. I’ve had 2 g35’s and 2 g37s’s and have worked at Nissan for 9 years now. They burn the heck out of oil. My compression is good but my valve stem seals are currently leaking 😢 so I’m burning the hell out of oil

I am impressed by the knowledge you have of this car being only in high school. Also your ability to figure stuff out. Where have you learned all this stuff?

Honestly I learned a lot through reading Nissan forms also by trial and error while working on the car.

Paint the carpet ?🤔 bro I just changed mines to a black, get it from a 06-07 G35 they come in black no need to paint it its super easy to change too.
