The bedrooms are so small but the apartment is nice.
So 30 to 35 USD a day is the going rate for these furnished apartments. gotcha

How far is this from the center
Do they have discount if someone is willing to stay for a month?
My worry is that many of these type of investments have carried out by money obtained through corruption and outright theft of government funds.
