I have recently completed my bachelor's in biotechnology two weeks back. Can i apply for it? Can i apply on the basis of language proficiency certificate?

Sir I applied for this internship but after one week I received system generated automatic mail from KAUST that my application is rejected. I don't know why it got rejected I fulfill each and every eligibility criteria.
