I dont think theres a better 1/48 Luftwaffe series than what Eduard produces honestly. having built the FW 190 in all flavors, revell, tamiya, hasegawa, and eduard, the eduard profipack was hands down a knockout kit. Worth every penny and more

Your airbrushing was inspiring. I wish I could handle it like that, but with my tremer I can't hold the plane still let alone have such fine control of the brush. Even with my HS. ifinity. So it was really great to see it being done so well.

I wish when I do my models they went together and looked so effortless as this does.....great technique and skill...just getting back into doing models and picked up a Paasche mini compressor and TG Talon gun....just getting started on Spitfire Mk11a......any tips on anything would be appreciated...I would consider myself a good builder but always can learn more.....great site for just that...thanks

Hi Dusan - again another fabulous build!Can you tell me the make of the regulator you use on your airbrush. I use a large DIY compressor with a very agricultural regulator. I need something more controllable to emulate the great finishes you achieve on your pieces.Cheers

Excellent work mate you never hesitate to surprise me tough I know you're much more skillful than me. Btw I just recently bought a sparmax max-3 airbrush. It's an awesome tool, but when I try to get a nice line with it, it tends to leave paint moisture in a bigger spray pattern. Can that be because of paint thickness? I use 50-50 mix from Gunze acrylics with thinner. Or maybe air pressure?

Can you make a video showing your model collection?

Do you recommend putting decals straight on or putting decal substrates on first....do you etch all the main joints and with what tool....do you finish off the majority of model planes with a gloss clear or lighter sheen...and any other tricks that may help getting better....thanks

Dusan,beautiful build. Just one question. I see you are using Tamiya thin cement over painted surfaces,have you experienced the parts coming apart after awhile because is not plastic against plastic? What can you say.

Btw Dusan isn't your Trumpeter panel line carver tool getting dull?... Mine does not I'm just curious how frequent do you change it?

Did the lack of locating pins give you troubles when joining both fuselage halves? I just bought my first Eduard kit, and not seeing the pins surprised me.

I’m a wee bit late in commenting to this video, but as they say, better late than never. Anyways, great video. Awesome job on the kit. Any possibility of doing a 1/48 B-17 or B-24? I’ve built a few of each and was hoping to see how someone else conquers either aircraft. Cheers, bud.

I wonder why the Royal kit doesn't include a detailed engine with removable cowl panels. Moveable flaps and detailed gun bays. They give upgraded PE parts.

I think Revell Germany is like Airfix- there's a new generation of kits ( better than the new Airfix ones, all rivet detail is there), and the very bad old ones that only serve to drive off customers.... and from the stock number you can't tell what you're buying.

How many hours did you put in ?

Meanwhile, I can't glue two fuselage halves together without getting glue on my fingers

I've noticed a progression in your videos from Revell Contacta, to a mix of Contacta and Tamiya Extra Thin, and now solely Tamiya Extra thin. Do you think it's worth making the switch? I'd love to give this stuff a go.

Are there more types of revell sets? Because I once bought an ah-1w and it was totally fine but after I finished it I bought a Messerschmitt and it was absolutly horrible. The parts didn´t fit there were almost no details and some parts were broken or had holes. (They had the same difficulty level)

You shouldnt base quality of a kit on the manufacturer. Most brands have good and bad models, you need to research the aircraft you'd like to build, and in what scale, to find the best representation.

Regarding Revell kits, I've had many more bad ones than good ones. Revell`s newer molds produce good kits while their older molds can be very bad. Problem is, they like to put older molded kits in new packaging. Nowdays I won`t buy a Revell kit unless I can see an online kit review beforehand.

what clippers did you use? mine are crappy, looking forward to change them, long wait for the video btw
