The ending 🥲 this was so cute and funny, interesting and sad. Lastly tragic. No happy ending but a realistic one for two people who truly love each other. Sacrificing everything. Putting the other above your own wishes, needs and health. Would definitely recommend watching this. 5/5

Unacceptable ending UNLESS, she is pregnant with his son and those 2 brothers help protect her as she become a mysterious and world renown doctor and then hubby gets healed and they find each other again. That seems a more likely ending and a plot line that is similar to others.
