how come no one has yet said that your results look awesome! I am always amazed when I see that folks who do a remodel on their RVs with little means end up showing so much more taste and feeling for interior design than current manufacturers who seem to stick to some very outdated sense of design in regard of colours, cabinetry, flooring...Again - Great job! I think yall did an amazing job. I normally hate RVs but i would live in one if it looked like yours. The cabinets and the floor look great. Like that little touch of dark. The blonde definitely had to go! Whole thing is just nice!!

Wow, very nice. One of the nicest remo I have seen. Kitchen cabinets are very pretty. I thank you for some of the ideas. That honey blonde makes me want to throw up. I'm about to buy a camper and I really needed to see this one. Those stairs are awesome.

Great job!

I like to look at remodels ,while I don't have a camper and most likely won't ever have one I find it interesting to see what people can come up with . Some of the big house redoes are out of my league money wise and skill wise and simply for the fact that I would never spend that much. With a camper I think you can use a little high end materials because it takes such a small amount of them and you might even score some left overs from other projects.It is amazing what camper remodelers can accomplish . LOOKING GOOD!!

It looks great! I like it! You did an awesome job. I am a white cabinets person so I love your bedroom, it all came out looking so much more homey than the RV look. The curtains are nice and the new valance boards. Those made up curtain valances are a pet peeve of mine! All in All... great job IMO!

I enjoyed your video but you talked about your renovation more than showed examples. I would have loved to see how you placed the beadboard and how you stained the cabinets and steps. Show the window boxes and other examples of your talents. Great job!

Thank you. I do another video on more of the details. We just used a gel stain from Homedepot and then did a water based Minwax clear coat.

You both are so skilled, have you considered what many others have done to make more space ? Using a table with a leaf and chairs. Ikea has a drop down leaf table, and folding chairs can be stored inside the table between the leaves. I am sure if you saw one you would see how easy it is to build your own space saving table. And like others I too was hoping to see what else you had done differently. I love the fact that with such creativity you have figured out how to make the most of what you have. Stay safe. The kitchen cabinets would look awsome if thwy were white and the bottoms like a grey blue or your xhoice of color becuz yhe cabinets wouls match the more farmhouse chic that you guys have going on. Give it a thought it would look beautiful amd the cushion like a chevron print gray or what ever u choose lol diy time hahah great video

Just saw this 6/19/18 and have to say I really like what you've done...I like the mix of white and dark. Most people go totally one way or the other and I think it turns out to be too much...IMO.

I noticed that on the wish app you can order pillow covers. The one that are Rv s with cute saying on them. And the covers are only like $3or$4 dollars not $20 plus like in the stores. I ordered two of the tropical pillows for my porch and they are good quality.

How did you remove the stairs? I cant figure out how they're secured. I kinda have the same trailer as you, but its the 2004 FR Sandpiper Sport 37SP.

It is a 2004 Forest River Sierra and is 37' long. There is a more popular model made around the same time but it was a Sierra Sport. I think it's close to the same layout but an extra slide in the front bedroom. It works great for us.

I want to do some sort of flooring in my RV but was concerned about when i put the expansion in or out . Do you find htat the floor gets scratched? Let me know as i was thinking of putting a industrial vinyl. let me know what you think and beautiful place!!

We place a piece of lauan ply on one side of the floor when we bring the slide in and out so it doesn't scratch

what model is this and what do you pull it with?

We just primed the wallpaper and painted right over it

Jared Gillis thanks I went to lowes and they made me the Same color as yours we love it , and what color or what did you do to your kitchen cabinets to make them look dark brown what type of stain did you use

Paint the fabric of your dining area. There are tutorials on pintrest.

Where is the washer and dryer connection?

I love the cabinets! I was wondering what kind of stain you used to get that natural wood look underneath? Also did you sand the cabinets down before you gel stained them?

We just cleaned the cabinets off and applied the gel stain on top of the honey oak. The doors are real oak but the cabinets themselves are a fake wood. The gel stain is not a 100% coverage which allows you to see a bit of the texture that was there before.

We have said the exact same thing after rewatching this video and are working on another tour but showing more of the trailer than us. We are also redoing the couch and table area so it will be an updated remodel tour.
