Those who have dogs and work full time, what are some things that you have done to make it work?
I have 4 German Shepherds

Oh cool! What colors and coat types? (If you don't mind my asking?) Love German Shepherds! Our puppy is a German Shepherd Cross, a German Heeler. Years ago I helped my parents rehabilitate a GSD, they are amazing dogs.
I want a doberman so bad, but i'm trying to go into accounting so despite working from home i'll need to work 14 hours a day, and i'm scared i won't be able to spend enough time on training

Dobermans are such amazing dogs! Only you can decide if you can make it work, but it is possible! I am training a high energy, 6 month old German Heeler puppy to be my service dog, most of the training is just good management and reinforcing good behavior. I am not working a traditional full time job, but I do work long hours from home and I am also homeschooling and raising 4 kids. I generally do more intense training in the mornings (10-30 minutes), a good tug/play session once or twice a day, and have utilized the crate for times I can’t watch her. I have also trained her to have an “off switch” so she is learning to be happy laying under my feet while I work. Training the off switch has been the hardest thing, but it can be done. I also went with a breeder who breeds her working dogs to be able to “relax”, which is a desirable trait for me. If you get one, you will definitely have to make lifestyle choices that support you and the dog, but it can be done. Sometimes you have to get creative. Or, you may just need to wait until you are in a season where you have more time to devote to the dog. I put a link to a book from dog trainer Brandon McMillan, it is a great resource and easy read. He has worked with thousands of dogs personally, and he even tells the story of working with a Doberman that shaped him as dog trainer. This book may help you decide when the time is right for you to get a dog or if a Doberman is right for you.
