Full SL600 Sound System Remake With a 10" Sub + Sound Test

Our client wanted a stock look sound system! We delivered that and so much more. This epic SL600 now sounds insane. The stock look hertz Mille Pro 3 way front end sounds so controlled and the clarity it produces really is exceptional. The bass coming from the shallow mounted 10'' sub gives all the depth needed too. The amps were the Audison prima Forza range which delivered clean audio signal to those new speakers.

Question can you build a box for a 8” sub for the same car?
How thick do you make the fiberglass? Is it just to make it sealed or does the fiberglass have to be as rigid as a wooden enclosure?

Ideally as thick as possible but depends on the space we are working with
What speakers did you fit in the top of the dash both sides? I have an sl320 with factory fitted becker amp and i am looking to upgrade all speakers. Thx

I have a 98 SL600, same exact car. Did you guys save the form/mold for the subwoofer so you can build duplicates?

It was very custom so we can only rebuild it on another car

What did you use to replace the small speakers behind the seats? Tweeters like what is in the dash or mid-range speakers?
