I liked the machines. I think Segway did a great job for their first machines. It's good to see some fresh units to the ATV and UTV market.

Great review & presentation of this new SXS. I agree with your two points of concern with the door and tailgate cables. One other thing that as overlooked, is the front bumper. It should extend outwards more, to protect the lights.

Thank you for a really good review, it was very informative and helpful. I just purchased a Segway Fugleman to use on our 120 acre timbered property in Oregon. Very happy with most of it but there are a few issues. One of the basics is the shifter is very stiff and hard to get in and out of gear. I do not understand why they have a radio function on the big screen but provide no speakers or antenna. How do you aquire both of these to have a functional radio? I do not especially care for the having to buckle up to have the full power functional. We do a lot of maintenance and work with this unit and not a lot of driving on public lands where the seatbelt is necessary. Just a minor inconvenience. Also I wanted to add rearview mirrors and was told Segway did not have them yet so I had to go aftermarket. Now I see them on the unit that was reviewed and wonder how they got them. I did add a soundbar that we play through the entertainment part of the screen which is nice but it would still be nice to have the radio when needed.

Delivery of two units to me in the USA, Missouri specifically - turn signals and emergency flashers deleted :( wires to rear light at least not sure how much I have to add or how easy to get parts to get them working. Stupid they pulled this regardless of why. Love the machine besides that, heat and noise factors.

In our market (Sweden) they have it priced to high imho, new brand with probably a lower resell price and no reliability to show for yet it would have to be conciderably cheaper then the leading brands and its not. I will probably go for a kawasaki or a can am instead.

How did you not say anything about the level of engine noise in the cab and the heat coming under the seats which is unbearable at times. We just took delivery of two of theses and the noise is so bad earplugs are warranted to protect your ears, I actually will be looking for some low profile cockpit intercom headsets! No joke. The heat coming from the engine under the seat… I cannot believe they did not engineer this better from the get go and it shipped to the US without any correction. I have to address this with an immediate mod because it is so bad. Huge issue and disappointment to an otherwise machine we love (minus noise level). Lastly the turn signals and emergency flashers were deleted from our US model… turn signal lever that makes you think. It is there and when the salesman agrees they are there - well they pulled one over on me:( Told by a tech that not allowed in US as not street legal but not sure I believe that. Harness looks like it goes to taillight but assume no hole in light lens and they may want to sell me a new light lens when I can get ahold of the upgrade or parts kit. Anything anyone can provide on this would be welcome. On of these will be used for security on a hilly gravel road community so it is quickly being put though paces. It got lots of looks to anyone that saw it.. long stares!:)

@@MainvilleATV Do you recall if your version had the rework in the engine / rear firewall area as shown in this rework video I happen to stumble on? My Fugleman was produced 4/12/21 so not sure if this now on newer production runs. I do want to say your video was very good and I did not mean to sound negative about it or overall review. Some things in your video were improved and not an issue in my Fugleman - door rattle and tailgate closing on wire side stop straps.. My thoughts, there should be Zero need for screens, tech or other nonsense in your ohv. If you are using any of this segway tech, you are not riding in the correct places, like a parking lot or drive though vs being in the mountains or country side. I bet my $11k uforce 1000 at 70hp makes the 100hp of the seg look weak and overrated general. Also, why is the Segway using a ICE motor? Lol
