Man, I almost cried when Alves rode his bull. You see him back there in the shoots being a mentor, cheering , and helping the other riders even when his year has been rocky. Cant help but cheer for a guy like that.....oh and he is a three time world champ.

It's a sad way to end his season, but that young man needs to be in the grandstand, next weekend. He's dealing with a broken back, which could have some lifelong implications, with another wreck like Saturday. He needs to heal up, so that he doesn't end up in a wheelchair, wondering what he could've been. Ask Jerome what that's like.

Dias wreck just turned my stomach and made my heart hurt for him. Been watching him all season and to ride in the World Finals is so important to him. May he quickly heal but hoping he gives himself the time he needs to heal and his scores hold his position in the standings. He has had a great year thus far. Such talent and skill. No grittier cowboy. God Bless and heal him quickly and fully.
