Lee, your ability to communicate with the young players is such an inspiration to me as a coach. I really enjoy how you help push the players with your voice. You aren't screaming at them, but just by the tempo you are able to help them speed up their work rate. I also admire how you are honest with the players, but yet they still walk away knowing it was a positive experience. Fantastic job as always by you and your team!

Having a laugh Lee, I had drawn a session up Thursday night for my kids and was nearly the same. See lee even though you can't be here personally, I am doing my best to show the kids the JONER methods and let me say it def works, the kids are excited, the skills improve every week and it all shows on the field. Lee I can't say it enough "True Coach Right Here" well done lee

Hi Lee, I am a coach and an extreme fan of your training method. As said in other comments, you have an extraordinary charisma for teaching things to children. However, can I ask you what application you use on your iPad to have the automatic color changes and the one that displays random numbers? I really appreciate that to draw attention to the vision of the game. Thank you for all the work you are giving us!
