Full process Of Making A Concrete Mixer Machine | Desi Jugad
Ғылым және технология
This video is definitely a bit long but I hope you guys like the video.
In this video, you will see the whole concrete mixer machine is formed. This machine is very helpful in preparing a concrete mixer for roofing during construction work.
I have tried to cover everything but cut out a lot of complete welding so you will not think that the welding in the machine was not done properly. If I show everything in the video then the video would be longer. ۔
This concrete mixing machine is made to prepare a mixture of half a sack of cement and it weighs about 380 kg.
I know that many people who watch the video will see a lot of flaws in the machine. This machine is not made for export to foreign countries.
The purchasing power of the people in Pakistan is not high. This machine has been made keeping this in mind so that it would not be too expensive for the people.
The paint and motor will be applied later on this machine which is applied by the wholesaler himself.

Good Lord, what have I just watched. My God, these guys are absolutely amazing. I have a Mechanical Engineering degree from Liverpool UK, so I know a little about welding, lathes etc. What these guys have done, with primitive 1st world war equipment and no safety equipment, tables, jigs etc is nothing short of a miracle. I've been reading about the rampant corruption in places like Pakistan and how small businesses are never given a dimes worth of help by the corrupt politicians and government. Just imagine what a world beating, world class industries Pakistan could produce with just small investments. I am absolutely amazed, gobsmacked at what I have seen. I pray that the workers get some safety googles, and gloves and safety shoes. But I guess the only make enough just to pay the wages and the electricity and gas bills and very little is ever left over for R&D. God bless to all.

No suelda...
