"Plasma Pulse" Series By Smokes & Giron

The infamous Plasma Pulse series is a bit weird with all of its asymmetrical duals, but it has a lot of charm. PP1 is probably my second favourite, PP2 is the worst, PP3 third and PPF is by far the best, and is one of my favourite levels ever. The vibes are immeasurable on that one.
Plasma pulse is actually a really fun insane demon and I would recommend it to anyone looking to expand often neglected areas of their skillset. Every section is enjoyable and will make you grow as a player at that skill level. Rating: 7/10
Plasma Pulse II just doesn't b ring the vibes. It's still alright, but it's nowhere near as fun or enjoyable as the first in the series. The decoration is also hit or miss, with most of bit feeling repetitive and boring. Rating: 4/10
Plasma Pulse III is a pretty decent level, and is almost as good as the first in the series but its more extreme difficulty makes it less accessible. The duals feel a bit more annoying in this one, but I think that's mostly a skill issue. The decoration definitely makes a comeback on this one, feeling much more rounded. Rating: 7/10
The finale is simply awesome. The gameplay is extremely fun to pull off, the duals, though hard, are very well thought out and the level is balanced pretty well. My only gripe if there is any with the gameplay is the middle slow section, though it's needed it's really not a difficulty break at all which would be nice. It was top 1 at the time of verification. The decoration in this also slaps, it's aged very well unlike some other early to mid 2.1 levels. Everyone to do with this level knew what they were doing. Rating: 9/10

@@willacheson5682 plasma pulse tends to be overlooked by players (especially the newer ones) as they never really hit the top 10 until finale and even then finale was quite short lived as a top 1 lasting for only 35 days ( it doesn’t help that the top 1 before it was Sonic wave by Cyclic and the one after it was Bloodlust as those are some of the most iconic levels in GD history making PPF look more like a stepping stone between the 2 Titans of the demon list )

Plasma pulse iii was my first extreme so it has a special place in my heart.
I completed the series in June and I can say that is and will be forever one of the best series in the entire game. Every PP is really fun (even PP II that has some frustrating parts) and all of them have very clean designs. Smokes and Giron are undoubtedly the best duo in GD. They both used to do very clean designs and very cool gameplay. And I totally agree that PPF is the best. It will never be another cool and accesible top 1 as PPF was.

All of the Plasma Pulse levels were once in the top 25 but now one is insane demon, one is easy extreme, one is medium extreme, and the hardest one, once top 1, is barely hanging on to the top 150, it’d be out of the top 200 if including good quality unrated levels

The first 3 are solid, but PPF hard carries the series. It’s so much cooler to me
This would be a 5 minutes and 29 seconds level if it was a combined level with all the non gameplay parts (without) which is 13 seconds total

Pp2 has horrible gameplay. Pp3 is also chokepoint heavy but still flows. Ppf, pp3, pp, pp2 is the best rating by gameplay ez

@@LunaRealized I've only beaten pp and pp2 (pp3 in 2 runs). Maybe im just timing carried but pp2 wasn't bad at all and pp3 was really stupid to learn and was horrible to play which is why I gave up on it. I barely have any info for PPF (other than playing shitty PPF if that even counts) but it looks atleast kind of fun to play
