It's possible that NC State gets to the Final Four by beating the two schools it beat in their previous two national championship games (Marquette and Houston). The last time NC State played Marquette was in fact for that 1974 Championship. It's also possible that NC State would have to go through Duke to get the Final Four, only to play UNC for the Title, repeating what they faced in the ACC Tournament. The story lines here are intriguing for the Wolfpack.

Houston was called for some pretty sketch touch fouls throughout and 4 of their best players fouled out. If one or two of them stay in a couple minutes longer, A&M doesn't come back much at all and it ends comfortably in regulation.

Fun to see the Carolina's have a full 4 out of the final Sweet 16 teams. A quarter of all of the teams still playing are from the Carolina's and the ACC. Everyone thought the ACC was down this year, but actually playing games show the ACC is still the dominate basketball conference in the US.

Purdue is 7-0 this year vs the rest of the Sweet 16 with wins against Illinois (2), Marquette, Alabama, Arizona, Gonzaga, and Tennessee. Just sayin’.

I think you're underestimating how well Clemson is playing right now. They've been underdogs in both of their games and not only won both but only trailed for a total of 31 seconds the entire time. I like AZ to beat them but it won't be as easy as you think. As an underdog again they're playing with house money and have nothing to lose.

No disrespect to NC State because they've been on an incredible run, but they are not nearly talented enough to keep winning like they have been. I think Marquette beats them pretty comfortably.

I think you’ll get 2 out of your final 4 picks on point. East and the Midwest. The south region will have Duke advance if Houston plays like they did against A&M. The west bracket I had Clemson beating UNC to go to the final 4. (Bama beating UNC was a mild surprise). Clemson already beat Bama once, it will be a challenge to beat them again. Too many people slept on Clemson and the ACC this year in general. Pitt, Wake forest and Syracuse all had teams that potentially could have made a run like NC state did. The out of conference record for Clemson and the top half of ACC teams really shows that the brand of basketball in the ACC is solid, and they deserved to have more teams ranked in the AP all year, and they were underrepresented.) I think the ACC has a lot of good teams between #2- #35 in the country I’m not sure why the ACC is getting so many teams snubbed in the top 25. In the NCAA tournament each year they usually back aquit themselves in the tournament nicely. The toughest one to pick for me was the Purdue vs. Zags. The winner of that will play And beat creighton.

I'm doing better than I've done in years on my bracket. In the 95 percentile with 13 of 16 Sweet 16 teams. 7 of 8 of my Elite 8 picks are still active and 3 of 4 Final 4 teams. I picked Baylor to reach the Final 4 so that's hurt me. Both my championship game teams are still going too.

After last years unchalky tournament , this one is getting back to normal .

I’m glad therefore ACC teams in this week 16 but I did not think Clemson and Duke would advance figured Baylor was the better team and I didn’t expect James Madison to go out and lay egg against Duke

Uccon always ended up with an easier run in march Madness. It happened last year and it is happening again.

My strategy has always been to take Big East, then ACC...and NEVER Big 10 (the most overrated conference with the most selections....for the last 50 years), thus, I'll stick with my original final 4 of 3 Big East teams with NC, with UCONN over Creighton in championship game...my other selection has the same final four with UCONN over Marquette. Predicting Iowa State over Illinois and Gonzaga over Purdue...

Big East continues to be under-rated. Only get 3 in tournament, but all 3 make the Sweet 16. At the opposite end is the SEC, over-rated as usual. 8 teams in tournament, 2 in Sweet 16. Most of their losses were "upsets" by seeding. St John's should've made it. I think UConn will repeat.
