I’ve actually had people say how “lucky” I am for the “success” I have. How “lucky” I am to have the “body” I have, how “lucky” I am to have the mindset I have etc etc etc… that’s not luck. That’s giving it all I’ve got… everyday.

Coming from being overweight & unhealthy as a kid I’m so damn excited to be able to share what I have learned over the years with you. Does it pay off to “look” good… absolutely but does it pay off to feel good?! 100000%!!!
