My take on how they could balance Fiora Make her passive not heal or do true damage, and make it so only the points in her ult heal with reduced true damage. Edit: matter of fact make her passive not do max health, and only have her ult do it. Basically just make it so her ult is more necessary cause rn she basically just always has it. Like she's not a tank, she shouldn't have this much.
