Thank you so much. I have been suffering with underactive thyroid, probably due to stress and trauma. My throat became so tight that I couldn't sing without getting a headache. This morning I had a go at your exercise a few times, and then tried to have a go at singing something we do. I was so happy to find I didn't sound like I was being strangled lol. I will keep coming back to keep massaging my throat. I really appreciate that thank you again. ❤
The improvement in my talking voice after this is astonishing.. Thank you

This video has been tremendously helpful. It has changed my life. Throat tension was threatening my existence as a teacher, singer, speaker, and person. It had to do with a Covid infection last August. Speech therapy was informative for me but something wasn't clicking. This video was it. I have energy and life again that constant throat tension had been taking away for months. Thank you!!

I have a similar problem. I had a partial thyroidectomy and thought I dealt with the residual tissue problems (I was having a hard time swallowing), but now 12 years later I am experiencing voice issues. Looking for someone to continue the tissue work but not sure it can be helped at his point, it’s been so long
What a great lesson. Will be sure to try it. Great smile by the way.

Elissa Weinzimmer hey if I have to do this every other day there is something wrong with my voice . ? Also I sleep on my stomach and my neck pressed against the pillow . Which is effecting my neck and voice I think. Any thoughts ? Also When I do this exercise to my neck it gets my voice deeper and then a few days later my voice gets a higher pitch then I have to do this exercise again.
