I have this kit in my stash also and have it planned for the near future. I've looked through what's in the box and have ordered a metal barrel for mine and will be scratch building the round tubes on the main gun. I've built the Takom version and wasn't impressed with the fit in some areas. Especially at the rear and how they designed the lower hull...You did a great job on your RFM version.

Awesome ! However, I wonder myself whether the Aber 35L296 metal gun barrel brings some added value to the kit. The out-of-the-box cannon (one single piece and a nice muzzle brake) should be good enough. Using many metal pieces to form the muzzle brake requires me to sand the gluing lines later. Moreover, the cost of the Aber kit is about one third of the RFM full interior kit. Thanks for sharing.

For the first time EVER. I decided to put the interior together then paint it. I don’t do it that way normally, now I’m kinda regretting it. Although a lot of things are hidden, which saves some paint. Looking ahead I think it’ll be easier to paint the ammo racks, engine and everything else separate. Nice job though.

After dealing with their Sturmtiger interior, I can't see myself getting another one of their interior kits. Beautiful detail but I was cutting every locating tab off because they were too big.
