The only reason this was an issue to begin with was that each had to pick just one best friend to do the assignment about. If making the choice wasn’t so necessary, Michelle wouldn’t have had to worry about disappointing either Teddy or Denise. And seriously, Denise (1:23-1:26)? Says who?

Plus Teddy & Denise were the ones who started giving things to Michelle. She didn't even come up with the idea.

@@BillGraperand yet Michelle is treated as the instigator I can agree she can be kind of a brat at times but the people she argues with AKA her sisters or her friends can be just as bad she didn't even know what happened after they decided to be best friends instead and from what she told Danny he said it sounds like she was taking advantage of the situation maybe that's true but the argument they started here seemed kind of petty of course anyone else would probably just dismiss this as children being children so of course none of them handled the situation the best way.

@@BillGraperAnd just like other stuff people act as if Michelle was the only one responsible and Denise and teddy calling her out for wanting their stuff is supposed to be treated as one of those awesome moments where Michelle's called out for her brattiness when it was their idea to begin with and and then criticizing her for picking a dog as her best friend was probably out of petty spite for wanting their stuff which again they suggested.
