I think its a great location! Many people prefer the opposite end of I-Drive but I much prefer universal end 😁

Brilliant place, I've stayed there 3 times, it's like my home from home on I Drive

Agree - it's a great little hotel and seems to get overlooked in favour of the other 2 main Rosens.

Omg this was such a great video brought back so many memories. I remember when it was roadway, Inn, and right across the street was a waterpark called wet n wild which I believe they demolished. Hotel still looks the same. We had a very nice stay for 4 days and the breakfast was superb. I would not mind coming back and staying at that hotel again.

Thank-you so much for your comment! Yep Wet 'n' Wild was indeed over the road, but now it's Universal's Endless Summer resort! This is a great underrated hotel, I always recommend it!

The old Roadway Inn from many years ago. use to stay there during my Southwest vacation packages days. Back in the days the DQ in the plaza next door would have BOGO banana splits. We always got the theme park view. This was way before Volcano Bay was even built.

Yeah I remember the days when it was the Rodeway - it used to get shocking reviews back then and I avoided it! Love it now though 😁

Nice wee video. We were looking at a couple in the area and Avanti always springs up. Glad to hear you recommend the rosen closest to universal.

@Bombsterdelux1 Honestly you can't go wrong with this hotel. The Rosen...well, I could tell you some stories 😂 They have a nicer pool but apart from that I wouldn't go back - plus the resort fee was a big extra lot of dollars to find.

Hope you had a safe journey home Kerry. I imagine it seems that you aren't really with it from the jet lag. What a fantastic holiday you had. Enjoyed watching your videos and reminiscing. Look forward to hearing when you are setting off to Florida again! :) Take care.

Thank-you Gemma and thanks for watching all my videos! Safely home although had a few dramas on my travel day (another story....) so was glad to finally walk in the door yesterday morning!! X

@gemmadavies4010 a combination of overweight suitcases, part of my arm rest breaking on the plane and they wanted to move my seat - and then stress at the baggage claim after an hour of waiting they said 100+ people's cases were still in Orlando - but people had air tags in their cases so they knew they were sitting on the tarmac somewhere! It was really stressful and took ages x
