If you've done this before, you can understand what is happening. For those who do NOT, there is a common issue with bootloaders that are encrypted. If for some reason there is a mis-match with the encrypt / decrypt process with the phone, you get into a bootloop. You can trip the decryption chip, which will reset it. You do this by using tweezers on the pins, while booting up the phone & it has to be connected to the PC via a USB cable. From there, you PC will recognize it as a Qualcomm HS-USB QDLoader 9008. You will need special drivers, which is why he shows that he has them in his device manager. BootDiag is the second part of this video. Once you trip the decryption chip, you have to also reset the bootloader with a freshly encrypted key, so the boot up process will work. He runs a few tests to ensure that this isn't a hardware issue, then he sends the default bootloader to be pushed to the boot partition on the phone. From there, the phone reboots, and he installs the standard phone operating system on it using LG UP. This is all very standard for what's referred to as "Hard brick", since it requires more than just a software fix.

i was on 7.1.1 crdroid v2.3 rom and my phone hanged a bit which sometimes does, so i turned off the screen and tried to wake it up again but it didnt woke up. NO led NO bootloops NO charging nothing at all.
