I can ignore the lack of boxing skills of Alvarez, but it upsets me that of her trainers that apparently don't know their ears from their noses about boxing. She did all she could do. Now, it's striking to me that Skye is a one arm boxer. She couldn't kill a fly with her left arm. This was a weird fight to me.

Sky is a powerful and wonderful boxing and defeated it with ease and directed it with many powerful punches.

Álvarez is one tough 🍪 but she needs to sack her trainer ASAP.

saw previous fights of both fighters and their boxing styles were *100% different* than what we all witnessed here. Hence, my analysis is Correct - *this was a fixed fight* in favour of Nicolson, what else is new in Boxing...

Doesn't look like a fixed fight. Sometimes styles don't gel well together and it ends up a scrappy fight where neither boxer can properly find range and timing. Looks like that kind of fight to my eyes.

Tania went all out. They set Sky up with Tania because she can't box and it should have been an easy win. But it turned out Tania has a big heart. Skye looked scared against a boxer who can't even box and she looked absolutely gassed in the end.

If Alvarez had even the most basic boxing skills, she'd be a threat. Great heart, superb chin, but absolutely no boxing technique. The fact that Nicholson couldn't get rid of her doesn't bode well for Skye's future at the highest level.

Alvarez needs a good Boxing Trainer. She's strong and tough as nails. Just needs a little trainin' up and i think she would give Skye a much better fight.

This was a disaster of a performance from Skye yes the opponent was bad but her own performance was pathetic she looks way too scared to get hit moves around so much throwing wide shots that are basically slaps no body work no power no inside game a lot of improving needed I would get a new trainer a professional trainer

I cannot think of any time that I saw a boxer that was able to absorb as much punishment than Tania. That made the fight interesting. Even though she was unable to score enough punches to win, I can why she was able to wear down all of her other opponents. The Olympic champion was equally good in her ability to manage the attack. Tania now has the motivational reason to improve her boxing skills. Good luck Tania, the bull. Now you can clearly see the job that you have to do to be champion. Learn more boxing skills. Don’t be discouraged, I can only imagine how you felt the day after that fight.

And skye is a tiny bit more skillful but Tania is just wide open and all over the place it's like they rushing her and just throwing her in when she's not nowhere near ready, but they both need to take alittle time off to get better especially Tania i was feeling bad for her. There was no Sky to have won 7 rounds and could have dropped its rival several times.

If Alvarez got a different trainer she’d be a threat. She has a solid chin and conditioning, if your could get some technique behind her she’d be better off.

Alvarez mindlessly barreling in is not a great style. She only smothers herself in the process. And Nicholson could use the jab to keep her from coming in. I know it's easier said than done. Both are tough fighters.

Alvarez es una guerrera con corazon. Pero no debe entrar tan defrente mover mas la cabeza pasar mas golpes y tirar el jab tambien. Va en sexta deberia ir en cuarta . Pero gran corazon de guerrero española. Es muy joven y tiene gran marjen de mejora

Sometimes it is the instructor's coaching or lack of... Sometimes it is the fighter's limit or diversity... ? *Sometimes it is the combination of the team's cooperation, which may not coordinate to produce the best form.. and best possible version of the fighter..?* With the correct suitable coaches for this particular fighter *(Alverez)* could be definitely be a leading contender.. with the best possible fighting outcomes for her preferred style of fighting... If someone taught her to sit & roll in the fashion of Mike Tyson... She would be awesome and have more success in her swings

The only fighter i knew of that could just march in like that was Tex Cobb and he had a head filled with sand.

The more I watch of Skye I simply cannot see what all the hype is about? She has never faced any real competition. Is Eddie's plan just to keep hyping her up with mismatched opposition? When she gets put in with someone real, it will be a shock to the system for her, can't wait to see it.

Great fight, Skye Nicolson doing the business.. But jez, Tania Alvarez has an engine on her, can take a hit too, she was walking straight thru a lot of those shots. She gets a better trainer and homes her craft, she could be a real weapon.. She has the heart for it..!

Alvarez, unfortunately, has a *Very BAD Trainer!* . She needs to dump that tattoed doofus, change her boxing style to keep her distance, jab, protect herself and find the right opportunity to strike, The crapola her trainer is teaching her to advance, keep her guard down and punch air is simply *Ridiculous!* I am going to watch if that's her style in *previous fights* or was this all just another fixed fight?I'll soon find out. Skye suffered a lot against a boxer who literally couldn't box. She was absolutely gassed in the end. Serrano would murder her.

I do not know anything about boxing, but Skye needs to go to the body more, and definitely hit the weights more,. She had the striking down, nut has no power behind her punches. As many times, as Tania hot a pundh to the head, she should have been knocked down, at least 3 times, probably more. Tania needs to get new trainers and corner. They gave her no real coaching that helped her.

😴 man, sky wants to fight Serrano. No matter how much she runs she will get caught and dropped. The fighters she’s fighting are unfortunately absolute 🗑️. She need to fight a little better competition to grow and get better. They are really trying to push these UK fighters but they are not that good. Only good female fighter right now is Alicia bumgarner.

Tania was impressive in that she was relentless and was in Sky's face constantly, Im assuming that was the plan but she was just getting smacked around, it wasnt competitive to me at all. She needs much better direction instead of being a punching bag. Taking damage like that is very concerning and there is no need for it.

I think you mean skye, she was defo gassed out constantly clinching etc.. I don't think it helped matters that skye just kept running off away from her, it's a boxing match at the end of the day so should be a slug fest or at least for some of it. All that running about tired skye by round 8 then she was clinching for dear life it was if she was afraid to take hits off Tania 🤷‍♂️, I really do feel bad for Tania as I think she has an absolute awful trainer they should be ashamed of themselves. I just hope that this is a lesson and she switches that trainer for someone else
