Machida has always been my favorite fighter. His ascension up the ranks to become champion in the UFC was incredible. His style was something nobody saw before and nobody could figure him out. He was always respectful to everyone and was an old school martial artist with a code. The sport needs more people like him.

One time he was in legit trouble was when he got armbarred by Vitor. Other than that he's used to having things go his way. I'm curious as to how he reacts when things don't go his way during a fight. On paper I thought Reyes and Ovince had decent enough power to test him.

Despite Machida's total lack of striking experience, Chael kindly pretended Machida out-struck him, just to throw Lyoto a win. He even knocked himself down twice when Machida jumped at him with a knee, just out of charity to the Brazilian. What a selfless hero. He truly loves to share the wins.

Gotta love Sonnen....After the first round while in his corner at about 7:30 Chael says, "he might have won that round." Haha, good shit. And then he says it again post fight talking to Big John. You have to give him his dues, Chael was one of the most fun guys in mma. And he beat the shit out of Anderson Silva like no one has EVER done. Even tho he got caught in the triangle at the very end, he absolutely destroyed Anderson. His podcasts are great now too, I just think he's been one of the most all around entertaining fighters to watch and listen to. When it comes down to it, he's a class act.

For some reason MMA fans seem to be the only people out there who are either too dumb or too ignorant to just accept the fact that OBVIOUSLY using banned substances give you an advantage. Your analogy of Steroids don't teach someone how to ride a bike is on the money. They also feel the need to call it "hating" or "passive aggressive woman talk" which is just embarrassing. Yes I would happily be called a hater of someone that dopes, because they don't deserve the accolades they achieve. I think in future, try to use words no more than 4 letters long to get your point across. Also reassure them that you like drinking beer and talking down to women so that they know your a man who's words can be respected.
