I have a theory about this. I've been watching beauty youtube for 11+ years and I've noticed that once PR became a normal part of being an influencer, MAC was late to jump on this. It's like they had this 'we're above them/PROFESSIONAL brand' attitude. You saw them jump in pretty late once they saw how they actually move products, and now of course we have Patrick Star's collab and some other influencer who represented/created their own shade, but they're still not at the level of Too Faced, Benefit, etc.

A lot of KZreadrs stopped using Mac because it's not cruelty free.

I too had those white specks in my foundation. There's some videos out with other youtubers that had the same problem as well. And some people's reviews have claimed they experienced it with a brand new bottle 🤷‍♀️

I honestly think its the pigment. I usually rub the foundation on the back of my hand in small increments and use a dense foundation brush to Apply then buff with a sponge. It helps.

I’d love to see a NARS or Charlotte Tilbury one brand tutorial 😍 I feel like too faced is too controversial now.

I use the Ultra Fine Brow Pencil in Honey Brown. I have the Roses and Sunsets palette and haven’t used them much, but I will use them again and try to recreate this look! The spots could be the foundation pilling up over your primer or moisturizer! Happens sometimes if they don't agree.

I had the same problem as well when i bought a new bottle of the Covergirl Matte Made Foundation, i thought my bottles was expired. It has those white dots when i would blend the foundation on my face. Didnt like the foundation, it claims to be matte but it was a dewy mess on my face, and i have oily skin so i had to pass but the Covergirl trublend undercover concealer is amazing and is still one of my go to concealers at the moment. ☺️😊 Amazing video btw ☺️ keep them coming!

I agree. I don’t like the new primers they came out with. I like the old TruBlend formula. I hoarded a bunch before they stopped making it so now I have to find something new. I’ve tried the Matte Made with the L’Oréal Pro Matte or Matte Lock (?) primer and it worked okay.

That liquid eyeliner is everything. I just bought one about a month ago and I love it! So many good things about it. It’s easy to apply, the brush and the amount of liquid that comes out is good, the matte finish and the fact that it’s quick drying and long lasting. I got the dark brown, which is almost black and it looks so good.

You need to try the covergirl advanced radiance pressed powder. Its a purpld compact. I use a huge fluffy brush to set my foundation, it never looks too powdery, my holy grail! Tati raves about it being a dupe for the charlotte tilbury blurring powder.
