I am an 81 year old redhead who has always been conscious of skincare and makeup (and haircare, of course). I love KZread for many reasons, but one of the main reasons is to find out about makeup trends and uses for someone with my complexion. You have become a bright spot in my life and I just recently learned something from you which is new and fabulous for me. Your technique in applying lip liner and lipstick was totally new to me and I have done this several times with great success. My thin lips has always bothered me, but no more. So between you and Zabrena (who is a redhead here on KZread), I feel I'm 'in the know.' Thank you Allie - wish I could adopt you!

I honestly would love to see an updated full face of Flower Beauty since they have released so many new products since your last one. Also, partially because the brand is in financial trouble, a full face of Revlon would be lovely too. I feel as though they haven't managed to generate hype the way the other legacy(?) brands have but they still have an amazing product line that deserves the attention.

With the latest makeup trends being minimal and natural (which I do love sometimes), I appreciate this video. Makes me remember that I ❤ eyeshadow!

To be honest I have almost never used an eye cream. Only time I’ve ever used one is if I got a sample of one. 🤷🏼‍♀️ I just spread my face cream on the area. I’m 68 years old and have a very, very little wrinkles around my eyes.

I do the same at the age of 23 with moisturizer underneath my eyes it works just as great if not even better 😅

Dermatologists will even say it isn't necessary to get a special eye cream. I use them if I get a good deal or ones for puffy eyes or dark circles. Otherwise, for moisture I just use my face cream. I barely have eye wrinkles at 58.

Haha I’m so glad I’m not the only person to use eye cream on my smile lines!! I don’t often use eye cream, because it’s simply a less concentrated moisturiser (because it’s for the most delicate skin obviously!) and I just prefer to use my moisturiser on the eye area because I prefer the hydration and the finish I get from my concealer when I use my moisturiser! But I have a few different eye creams that I get from my advent calendars or monthly subscription box that I’m using, that’s the only way I get eye creams, or if it comes as a package when I buy a deal on qvc or from the brands I buy moisturiser from (CT, Elemis, Kiehls etc) so I do like to use those up.
