These touch my heart! ❤ Brides come in all shapes and sizes, and I truly believe that dress makers should STOP making their gowns in size 4-6-8-10; it's so discouraging to soooo many brides!!! I'd love to make gowns for ONLY size 14+, like through 38-40. If try to make them for reasonable prices as well. That would be my ultimate dream.

Many times, they need still need to be made. They are made when ordered, not like other clothing where it's made on mass & shipped out, ready to be bought off the hanger. I do think 2yrs ahead is a bit much because styles & and options do change.

6 months is barely enough time with a wedding dress. Usually you should look at least 10 months in advance. It takes a long time for the dress to be made and then the many alterations that they do.

Ok, can someone please tell me what's going on? I'm in Canada and we understood that Curvy Brides had been cancelled, so I haven't looked for any more episodes on it but came across this one by chance. Is this one from a new season because I don't remember there being an assistant with Al and Jo.

Allison came off as rude to Lacey. Didn't she have any friends or family that could have helped her into her dress? I get that its a big moment, but her attitude was dismissive.

If she has 2 years before getting married, why get the dress now? I'd use those 2 years to start an exercise class and slimming world. She'd look and feel amazing in a smaller dress that she really wants and will enjoy shopping again.😊 I'm not saying there's anything wrong with being over a size 18-20 as I was, only 3 months ago. If I was getting married again, I'd make the effort now. I do live this programme though. These lovely ladies make a woman feel great about herself.
